Shipping & Returns

1. SHIPPING

The amount of the preparation and shipping costs depends on the country and the total amount of the order. They will be detailed on the invoice. Once an item is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please, note that KHANH BRICE NGUYEN is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

2. TAXES & DUTIES

The prices are including of VAT, but price and shipping costs do not include custom taxes and import duties. Custom taxes and import duties may be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Please, see the shipping tab on the product page(s) to check the location of the item.

3. RETURNS

Please note that made to order items are not subject to returns/refunds. For other items, you are entitled to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email sales@khanhbricenguyen.comwith ‘’Return - your order number’’ in the subject line and the reason for return. Then, we will provide you with instructions and the return address.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must return unused. All original packaging and price labels must be returned with the product without having been altered.

The refund will be processed within 2 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

4. DAMAGE & ISSUES

In case of damages and issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inform us immediately at sales@khanhbricenguyen.com
